What is the right diet for homo sapiens? Almazan Kitchen don’t believe in taboos periodically caused by globalization trends. We look for the food we have been eating as a species long enough so that it has formed us and our taste at the genetic level during the evolution. Therefore, we turn back to main ingredients that have been neglected, such as fire, different biosystems of microbial cultures, ancient techniques of food preparation, whereas the ritual, atmosphere and above all, passion, are necessary.
We share with you our passion for simple and delicious recipes, using organic homemade ingredients with a note of Serbian traditional cuisine! We cook on fire & coal, mixing different cooking techniques and styles, tho all our recipes can be prepared by you at your home.

$2500 AGED KOBE IN BEST BURRITO AT THE LAKE


This exact popular Mexican dish – burrito will leave you speechless! High Quality real Dry-Aged Kobe Beef is the main ingredient for today, it adds such a flavor for the whole dish, you can’t even imagine! Further – better, homemade milk soft cheese is a great fat macro to add to our meal! Green peas as a garnish, and a handful of small chili peppers for the hot flavor! Not a single text can share you the experience of trying this one burrito, it’s a “must” to repeat the recipe!

YOU WILL NEED THESE INGREDIENTS:
aged Kobe beef
homemade cheese
green peas, small chili peppers
onion
flour
salt, oil
AlmazanKitchen® original cookware and utensils (optional)
STEPS:
Mix 2 hands of flour with 1 hand of water and ½ tsp. of salt. Mix and knead well, form a ball. Attenuate and flatten out the dough, bake on coals until brown both sides.
Prepare the filling: slice aged Kobe beef, great homemade cheese, cook green peas, chop small chili peppers and onion. Preheat the pan, grease it with oil. Fry everything together, let the cheese melt.
Roll up filling inside the tortilla.

CARBONARA – COOKING IN THE FOREST


Behold the first ever carbonara that is cooked in the wild forest near the beautiful lake! Everything, including pasta is made from scratch, using homemade organic ingredients. Enjoy!

YOU WILL NEED THIS INGREDIENTS:
homemade noodles
2 free-range eggs
150g pecorino cheese
200g smoked pork meat (homemade)
2 garlic cloves
handful of fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. black pepper
olive oil
STEPS:
Make the dough for noodles.
Slice & dice 200g of smoked pork meat (homemade).
Crash and peel 2 garlic cloves. Then mince it.
Chop handful of fresh parsley.
Preheat the pan.
Toss sliced smoked pork into the pan.
Fry for 3-5 min.
Add minced garlic into the pan.
Mix well and fry for 2 min more.
Add chopped parsley.
Cook the noodles.
Carbonara sauce:

Grate 150g of pecorino cheese.
Prepare mixing ceramic bowl.
Crack 2 free-range eggs.
Add grated cheese.
Add 1/2 tsp. of black pepper.
Mix well!
Carbonara itself:

Toss noodles into the pan.
Add the sauce. Mix well and cook for additional 3-5 min.
Finish off with grated cheese and serve!

COOKING IN CHERNOBYL – BLACK DONUTS



26 April 1986 1:23 MSD – the moment when 4th reactor of Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant exploded which released a massive amount of radioactive contamination in the air.

There’re few different versions of Who’s and Why’s but let’s not talk about it, because no one knows the real pure truth these days. 30-km zone was evacuated in the following days due to contamination in the atmosphere, in the present time this zone is called “Exclusion zone” and full of abandoned and old buildings. Nature is already adapted to the new levels of radiation and started to regrow, including wild animals in the area. No, there’re no gigantic predator plants which are just waiting to eat flesh or gigantic birds with teeth and thick skin… Just creatures with adapted to radiation DNA. We decided to see what we can cook from looting around, and this one recipe will not disappoint you, we promise!We, Almazan Kitchen, are very curious people and we acknowledge every dangerous aspect to our health in visiting places like this one, we strongly do not recommend to do anything you will see in this video!

YOU WILL NEED THESE INGREDIENTS:
white chocolate
sprinkles
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 tbsp. butter
flour, water, baking powder, yeast
cuttlefish ink
sugar, oil
AlmazanKitchen original cookware and utensils (optional)
STEPS:
Mix 2 hands of flour with ¼ tsp. of cuttlefish ink, 1 hand of water, 1 tsp. yeast, 1 tbsp. brown sugar and 1 egg. Mix and knead well. Form a ball and leave to rest for a while.
Preheat deep-frying oil. Meanwhile form 2 donut rounds from the dough.
Deep-fry donuts for 5-10 min.
Melt 1 tbsp. of butter and 150 g of white chocolate, add 1 cup of milk. Mix well and leave on a low heat.
Dip donuts in the chocolate sauce, then add sprinkles to taste.

HEARTBEAT STEAK – 40 DAY AGED + EPIC SAUCE



Heartbeat steak is something very exotic you will want to try ASAP! Flavor firework in your mouth is guaranteed by chorizo seasoning, Almazan spices and mix of dried apricots, dates and passion fruit.

YOU WILL NEED THESE INGREDIENTS:
beef
dried apricots, dates, passion fruit
shallot, red & green chili
flour, chorizo seasoning, Almazan spice mix,oil
AlmazanKitchen original cookware and utensils (optional)
STEPS:
Slice beef cut into thin slices. Season each with chorizo.
Preheat clay cookware, grease with oil.
Slice shallot, fry it for few minutes, toss in handful of dried apricots and dates. Set to low heat.
Grill meat for 3-5 minutes.
Mix 1 hand of flour with chorizo seasoning and 150ml of water. Mix well, add to the clay pot, mix everything well again, stir and let it get thick.
Dip grilled meat into sauce and add few red & green chilies and passion fruit. Slow cook on low heat for 10-15 min.
